Issues: Solution Comments
MATH 261 is conflicting with ES 430 Math 261 should have been taken in your Sophomore year. As indicated in the roadmap, completion of Math 261 is required in order to enroll in ES 430. In order to ensure the success of our EE major students, the department is enforcing all the prerequisites.
ES 310 is conflicting with ES 231 ES 231 should have been taken in your Sophomore year. The second section of ES 231 will be on Friday when the first section on Thursday reaches its capacity.  
I cannot take ES 231 lab on Thursday The second section of ES 231 will be on Friday when the first section on Thursday reaches its capacity. See the Spring schedule
I cannot take ES 442 lab on Thursday The second section of ES 442 will be on Friday when the first section on Thursday reaches its capacity. See the Spring schedule
My ES course is conflicting with my MATH prerequisite Take your MATH prerequisites first! In order to ensure the success of our EE major students, the department is enforcing all the prerequisites.
If ES 443 is not being offered which other electives can I take? You can take any of the following elective courses: See HERE. - We highly suggest you take EE elective classes: VLSI Design and RF Communications.  
     
General Questions
I am a senior student and ready to graduate but I never took MATH 142E or ES 110 or ES112. What should I do? Talk to the Department Chair as soon as possible. You may have seveal options. The deaprtment does not permit EE students to just waive courses! You can take the online Python course if you are eligible. It is also possible to attend several workshops in Spring to satisfy your missing credits.
I was admitted to the EE program in Fall 2015. Should I take MATH 142E? No! Any student addmited to the EE program on or after Fall 2015 does not have to take ES142E.

My permission number for a class is not working Make sure you have entered the correct permission number. See this  
PHY 116 is closed. What should I do? If PHYS 116 is closed you may still be able to get in PHYS 114. You can take PHYS 116 (1-unit lab) later. MAKE SURE you are on the wait list for the course, anyway!
