An electronic Flash card This can be used for elementary students to practice multiplication, division etc. It is a hand held device that randomly generates numbers and students have answer to questions. Answers are displays upon student's request. It keeps record of how many right and wrong answers were displayed. The education department may want to test this!  
License place recognition A frame work to record vehicle's speed, picture, weight, license place number, color, 2/4 wheel, etc. and send the information wirelessly

Text-based (SMS) interactive service for distance learning

  • How can SMS be used to provide distance learning?
  • What is the message syntax?
  • How is the hardware setup?
  • What are the advantages?

 

GPS non-real-time tracking system

  • The data is to store the data until the receiver is in contact. Then, all routing positions are dumped. This approach is much cheaper than paying monthly service!

 

Traffic control with visual system

  • Add visual capability to a speed watch and identify the license plate of the car driving faster than the speed limit.
