Interesting in Discussing your Master Theses?

I am always available to guide self-motivated and creative students with the will and desire to work hard and aim high; those who can imagine the unthinkable and execute the undoable. If you are interested to discuss your project ideas with me or curious about some of my project ideas, please email me to setup an appointment. Please think about the following items before our first meeting:

  1. List of involved students, their majors and class rank and GPA

  2. Name/ title of the activity or research project

  3. Description of project/activity with clear objectives and plans

  4. Preliminary budget (needs) for the academic year

  5. Tentative schedule and deadlines

  6. Abstract of your research - if available

  7. List of ALL references you have used/read with correct citations - if available

  8. URL address for the web page/blog you are putting together - You are required to have a web page or a blog.      

My Requirements for Completing Master Theses

I require all student to participate in the annual graduate research conference in Spring. If you are completing your theses in Fall, you must submit a grant proposal to the Sponsored Programs Office for Faculty-Student Research Grants. The deadline is typically about October time frame.

All final submissions must be archived in the library. In addition to the final submission, all students are required to submit a five page summary of their final project. The format of the short-submission must be based one of the following templates: IEEE or Author Digital Toolbox, which contains tools and information to assist with article preparation.  

You are required to submit your work (typically the summary report) for publications. Your final report must include original (or duplicated) results.

All projects must have a dedicated web site. You must continuously update your site.
